From Learning Curve Group:
I am reaching out as we are introducing Health & Social Care and Childcare for 16-18 year olds as part of our academy provision, in Chesterfield.
This directly aligns with our Hair & Beauty Academy as we often find learners swap between both industries and we want to support in preventing as many NEET learners as possible in the locality of our academy locations.
As a reminder:
-
GCSE’s are not an entry requirement as we look for a genuine career goal in the industry.
-
Financial bursaries are available to anyone with a household income below £42,000 per year or in receipt of benefits.
-
Class sizes are small and supportive.

This is a group that provides free prom rides to kids whose parents can’t afford prom cars. It’s nationwide but we have several drivers locally. If of interest please do feel free to share! https://www.facebook.com/share/g/17kL7XbkbG/?mibextid=wwXIfr
