Pre-Foodbank Support Hub Voucher

Our Pre-Foodbank Support Hub is on Thursdays between 2pm and 4pm at Whittington Moor Methodist Church Hall.
We aim to help people get support and advice early, to help prevent the need for emergency food. You can book a ticket (a Support Hub Voucher) by using the green button below.

Our volunteers and Citizens Advice are present every session. We encourage you to check our Guest Agencies rota to see the different types of help and support we have scheduled.

Please note that this is a pilot scheme scheduled to end in December 2025 so our volunteers will need to ask you for your feedback about the service via a short survey during or after your visit. We are hopeful that a successful pilot will allow us to continue offering this service in future. Thank you for engaging with our service; we look forward to helping you.

Important Notice for Referral Agencies:
If you are booking a ticket (a Support Hub Voucher) on behalf of someone else, you must have their explicit permission to share their personal information (name, email address, postcode and support type) for the purpose of making this booking. Please ensure you comply with GDPR and any other data protection obligations when doing so.

Bookings are handled through Eventbrite, a third‑party website. You do not need an Eventbrite account – you can check out as a guest.  Please ensure the name on the ticket matches the person attending.
