Stagecoach Electronic Bus Tickets
A limited number of Electronic Bus Tickets are available for foodbank clients needing help with transport to/from the Foodbank Centre back home with their emergency Food Parcel. Thanks to Chesterfield Borough Council and DCC Financial Inclusion Group for the funding to provide this inclusive initiative.
We are now able to provide Electronic Bus Tickets
- Foodbank clients need a smartphone with internet access
- The Stagecoach app needs to be installed
- Login to the app
- Call Derbyshire Districts Citizens Advice on 0808 278 7954
- Ask for a bus ticket (You can also get a foodbank voucher from this number)
- The bus ticket will be sent to your account
- Go to “My Tickets” and activate when ready to use.
- Show the screen to the bus driver for free travel.
