Access to Training Modules

We are excited to be able to let you know that we now have free online training modules available for you!

There are 9 modules currently available:

• Safeguarding*
• GDPR*
• Health and Safety*
• Manual Handling*
• Active Listening
• Unconscious Bias
• Display Screen Equipment
• Having Courageous Conversations
• Giving and Receiving Feedback

The starred ones are recommended for all foodbank volunteers; the others vary in relevance according to your role. All modules are optional. Each module takes 30-40 mins on average to complete.

If you would like to access these training modules, you can do so online via Assemble:

Once you are logged in, click on your profile circle in the top right hand corner. Click “View profile details”, then click TRAINING in the horizontal menu bar

If you need to reset your Assemble password, please click the “forgot password” button.

If you have any issues accessing Assemble or the training, please let me know, and I will do my best to help. If you start a module, you don’t need to complete it all in one go; you can save your progress and complete it at your own pace.
