As Mental Health Awareness week comes to an end we just wanted to share some local mental health support services with you. Plus here is a picture of beautiful Derbyshire.

Healthwatch Derbyshire – In response to Covid-19 there is now a telephone support line for people looking to access health or care services.

Qwell – A free online Mental Health and Wellbeing resource for parents and carers of young people under the age of 18

Derbyshire Recovery and Peer Support Service – provides person-centred mental health support across Derbyshire.

Kooth – An online counselling and emotional well-being platform for children and young people accessible through mobile, tablet and desktop and free at the point of use.

Vita Minds – Offers a range of talking therapies for de pression, generalised anxiety disorder, mixed depression and anxiety and a range of other conditions.
